This week’s theme is ‘Find your brave’
Being brave is about sharing our worries and fears, working with others to find a positive way forward to overcome the challenges we face each and every day.
Everyone is different, so what feels brave to one person might not feel brave to another. Being brave might mean telling someone about your worries and asking for help if you need it. Finding your Brave can build your confidence, self-esteem and make you feel good about yourself.
Children’s Mental Health Week takes place this week- 3-9 February 2020. Set up by children’s mental health charity Place2Be, the week shines a spotlight on the importance of children and young people’s mental health. This year’s theme is Find your Brave.
