Football competition

Last night, nine pupils from Year 5 and 6 took part in three matches against schools from Southampton. They battled superbly and once again worked together as a team, supporting and encouraging each other throughout. Whilst each and every player were a credit to themselves and the school, special mentions to Alfie who led the team superbly, instructing and advising his teammates throughout; and to George who was superb in goal, making some quite heroic saves. Well played to you all, Alfie, George, George, Oliver, Jack, Aiden, Connor, Ryley, Henry – you were a pleasure to coach and a joy to watch play.
