What is Building Learning Power?

Building Learning Power encourages “knowing what to do when you don’t know what to do.” It is about learning to learn and those with high levels of Learning Power can said to be generally open to learning opportunities and find engaging with challenges a positive experience. There are 4 elements to Building Learning Power: Resilience, Resourcefulness, Reflectiveness, Reciprocity
